You may return miniature decorative shelves within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is in its original condition
The item has not been installed or mounted
All original packaging and hardware are included
The item shows no signs of use or damage
You have proof of purchase

Pack the miniature decorative shelf securely in original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable service
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Once we receive and inspect your returned miniature decorative shelf, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We accept exchanges for different designs or sizes of miniature decorative shelves, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate your preference for a different item.
If the replacement item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment.
If your miniature decorative shelf arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
All miniature decorative shelves from youthvita are handcrafted with care. Natural variations in wood grain and color are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics of each piece.
We inspect each shelf before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe your item does not meet these standards, please contact us immediately.
You may cancel your order before it enters production. Once crafting has begun, cancellations are not possible for custom orders. Standard items may be cancelled with a restocking fee.
